Ridgewood offers a variety of aerobics classes year-round, and our fitness center is open 24/7!

You’ll find just what you need to maintain your fitness regiment at The Club at Ridgewood.

The health and fitness facilities at Ridgewood are perfect for a quick and effective workout. Featuring state-of-the-art strength training equipment, free weights, and cardiovascular training equipment, the fitness center is open 24 hours a day for members’ convenience.*  Instructional sessions are held periodically to familiarize members with proper use of the fitness equipment. Also for your convenience, the Club features elaborate men’s and women’s locker facilities for its members and guests, including saunas, showers, changing rooms, and lockers. For your safety, please familiarize yourself with the fitness center rules before using the equipment.

Fitness Class Calendar

Fitness classes are held in the aerobics studio at the club. Ridgewood offers both morning and evening classes for all fitness levels. Fitness classes are offered on a first-come first-served basis.

Carl Powers – Personal Trainer:

  • Over 19 years of experience
  • Certifications– AFFAA, NASM,
  • Specializes in:
    • Weight-loss
    • Weigh-strength gain
    • Diet programs
    • Body sculpting

 

Personal Training Sessions:

  • Carl will be offering personal training sessions at 45 minutes per session.
  • If you schedule 5 or more sessions, the rate will be $35 per session.
  • Individual sessions will cost $50.
  • Contact Kirsten at the club to set up your personal training sessions.
  • Session dates and times will then be scheduled one on one with Carl.


Boot Camp:  Ridgewood Bootcamp is a six week training course led by our trainer, Carl Powers, that it designed to improve your level of fitness in a variety of ways. The course is geared to push everyone hard, but also make the workout an enjoyable and rewarding experience. We must have a minimum of 10 participants to hold a session.  See the newsletter for more information.
